Cyberbullying bill inspired by boy who took his own life

The definition of bullying is extended into cyberspace this week on Utah's Capitol Hill.
The bill would expand the definition of bullying and it all started with the story of aUtah
boy who was the victim of cyberbullying. It put him over the edge and he took his own life.
This story inspired Sen. Ralph Okerlund R-Monroe to draft Senate Bill 304.
