Bill Meyer, of WTKF radio, interviewed Safe Internet Alliance's president Linda Criddle on key steps to avoiding scams online. Mentioning his own experiences with scams, Meyer asked if people really did fall for some of the most persistent but seemingly obvious scams like the lottery and inheritances claims, and asked what consumers should know to help avoid scams.
