Follow-up On a Tune In: KJIL Morning Show with Randy Renshaw
Submitted by Safe Internet on Wed, 2010-05-12 10:35
Randy Renshaw of KSCJ radio interviewed Safe Internet Alliance's president Linda Criddle on the FCC's shift in positioning around net neutrality, and the FTC's broadband plan. Fielding questions from listeners who voiced strong support either for or against net neutrality, Linda acknowledged concerns on both sides of both issues, letting listeners understand that the Alliance has members on both sides of the debate. At the same time, Criddle reinforced the Alliance's position that any decisions in either the net neutrality debate or the broadband adoption plan need to include a strong safety component for consumers, encourage innovation in safety technologies, and ensure network providers have the ability to defend their networks from attacks.
I listened to the radio
I listened to the radio interview. It was very interesting. I am whaiting for other interview with Linda Criddle.
